The latest track from electronic artist deadmau5 finds him continuing with his unique blend of electronic/house music. “Some Chords” starts slowly but quickly builds into one of deadmau5′s signature pulsing beats. My favorite thing about this artist is how interesting his songs are at any given moment. At many points in this song, if one were to listen, you can easily pick out 5 or 6 distinct things going on in the song that make it a very enjoyable listen that begs multiple repeats. As far as all the electronic music I’ve heard thus far goes, this is one of the more compelling songs I’ve heard; but for deadmau5, it’s all par for the course which is most definitely a good thing.
