Tomba’s New EP ‘Freshly Squeezed Jews’ Out August 7th
The renowned dubstep producer Tomba is set to release his much anticipated EP early August, probably after his release party on the 6th. The EP is going to be released on Borgore’s new online store and label, aptly named BuyGore. It is going to feature such bangers as Disturbed, Herpes and The Goblin (featuring Shay). It’s been set back since around May and I have been on the edge of my seat ever since I heard the news.
Interestingly, Tomba’s roots didn’t start in the dubstep soil; he was originally a guitar player for a death metal band. He founded the Israeli band Shabira with his friends in 2007 and then started discovering new genres and styles. He also became friends with fellow Tel-Aviv dweller Borgore, who near the time was experimenting with breakcore beats, with which they founded Alphamale Primates (or AmP). Despite being relatively new the dubstep scene, Tomba has already made a huge name for himself, lining up with acts such as Borgore, Funtcase and Flux Pavilion to name a few.
At the time being, the full tracklisting has not been confirmed, but here are the probable tunes to appear on it:

As I sit here listening to Herpes, I can’t help but be overwhelmed by the huge drops and the hot metallic sounds. If his new EP is anything like his older tracks then this is going to be a true hit with dubsteppers worldwide. Tomba’s pure originality and passion for his music makes me believe that this EP is going to be worth waiting for, and I cannot wait to be pumping it out my speakers like BP pumps out oil. So just chill for the time being, try not to do anything too drastic, and write up 6th of August on your calendar.
UPDATE: The EP is going to be out by next month, according to a post on Tomba’s Facebook page. However, he did release one song which you can download free of charge, right here.
