Halifax based producer MattyBoh set out with a clear vision: To produce a song (and eventually a music video) that when listened to and watched, would give the user the feeling and experience of being on MDMA. His track, MDMA, features crisp and clear beats with an attention-grabbing rave-ready synth. Both the song and video feature the lovely Samantha Gracie, which certainly adds a mesmerizing element.

Looks like electronic group Dirtyphonics took some time away from their dubstep style to change things up a bit. What I’m referring to, more specifically, is their new electro banger Tarantino, which is being released alongside their dubstep track Oakwood on Dim Mak. Honestly I would love to hear this new single in a Quentin Tarantino film – it would make the perfect track for an action scene!
Aside from being some especially unique and different tracks, I think Dirtyphonics certainly deserves some sort of award for most creative album cover. …

It’s unlikely that many of you have heard of electro producer Gabriell from Milan, Italy, but it seems as though he has a promising career ahead of him and I think his electro remix of Scary Monsters And Nice Sprites from Skrillex will help launch him in to the spotlight.
