This is his latest 'dubstep' creation. What do you think?

Couldn't have said it better myself... Oh well, its really not the music I dislike, its the fans. Deadmau5 is not and will not ever be the best dubstep producer regardless of what a sea of 14 year old girls think, sorry!


Don't get me wrong, the music is pretty weak too, but there is alot of weak music out there... I can live with that...

I agree with you on the hype thingy and the mainstream fans that come with deadmau5, but you can say the very same thing about the dubstep scene. Just remove the name deadmau5 here and insert some random popular dubstep artist and everyone would go "OH MY GOSH WTFWTFWF FUUUU THAT'S SO FUCKING FILTHY I JUST SHIT MY PANTS" blablablah

Yeah thats why you just gotta hate on the fans not the music haha. I'm a self hating dubstep fan, thats for sure...

You know all of the Dubstep style tracks he has done have been really bland, and kind of boring. But when he mixes dubstep style sounds into his House music, I don't care who you are that shit is sick.

i was kinda shocked when i listened to his album and found me suddenly listening to some sort of dubstep :|

That's exactly it... I don't give a shit if it's deadmau5 or not - the dubstep he writes is pure shit and not entertaining in the least.

deadmau5 is lame. I read that he was going to sue a guy for using his 1-bar sample...which was included in the bundle of FLStudio!!! I mean, a guy paid his money for software and then he's going to pay again? (moreover - for nothing, who cares about a 2 sec loop... and what can be more dumb than claim rights for a short sound?..) No respect whatsoever.

Sampling is way to big of an issue to be contained in one thread. But in my opinion, why sue? Its gotta be the biggest form of flattery out there... i mean, as long as the writer gets pain in the end, all is good.
