Not too long ago we featured a remix of Fukkk Offf – Rave is King by 2 Edit. He contacted me recently and notified me of a new track he has been working on. The track is simply a refix of Bach’s most famous song, Tocatta. Yes, you read that right: Bach.

A while back, we featured a song titled Father Said. That song was written by Sonny, who was previously known for eyeliner, girl jeans, and high pitched vocals. Since then things have changed. He now goes by Skrillex and apparently got some lessons from Wolfgang Gartner and took the electro / fidget scene by storm.

The 8th Era is an electro/fidget group from New York and Philly. I recently tweeted about artists sending in their tracks for me to spotlight, and they were one of the first to respond.
What originally got my attention was their remix of deadmau5′s “Some Chords”, but this was only the tip of the iceberg. I gave each of their remixes a listen and was equally impressed with all of them.
